Mabel Forward is a final year Innovation Masters student in Anthropology with Innovation at the University of Bristol, UK. Mabel is working with her colleague Freya Noonan to develop solutions to help misophonia sufferers and stakeholders. To do so, they utilize design methodologies to provide a unique perspective on tackling the social implications of misophonia.
So far, Mabel has conducted a variety of research including cultural probes, a meta analysis of solutions to misophonia and a participatory design workshop. Mabel and Freya are now in the process of testing and developing their chosen solutions.
